PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS

• For a payment instruction from you to be correctly performed, you must deliver us with the information unique identifier (for example, a passport or driving license) which is essential for the correct execution of the Payment instruction. If this is improper, it could result in the payment transaction being delayed the monies transferred being lost.
• Once we receive your payment instruction, you cannot cancel it unless you notify us in writing that you withdraw your consent no later than the business day before the agreed day of execution
• Where we obtain a payment instruction from you for completing on a specific day, you approve that the time of receipt is deemed to be that specific day on which we are to perform the payment
• Related rules prohibit money transmitters from conducting business relationship with certain People and nations. In order to fulfill, we are obligatory to screen all transmissions against the list of names provided by numerous governments and/or government agencies. If a possible match is found, we will suspend the transmission and further evidence on either the payer and the payee, as needed. Currency Collection

In-branch Collections must be collected from Worthing FX Services if the Customer has used the Click and Collect service.

The Customer will require to provide the Order confirmation; government approved photographic personal identification (for example, a passport or driving license) and the Payment Card when collecting an In-Store Collection.

Anti-Money Laundering

In order to use our Service you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those relating to anti-money laundering regulations. If you fail to do so we reserve the right to prevent you from using our Service to order currency.

In order to enable Us to comply with our anti-money laundering and other legal obligations and our internal risk and fraud policies, we may ask to you for further information and identification (such as proof of your residential address).

• Money transfer - Proof of identity for any transfer and proof of address and source of fund for large or certain transactions
• Travel Money - Any transaction, buy or sell, greater than £1000, card or cash, will require proof of identity. Any buy or sell cash transaction greater than £5,000 will require proof of origin of funds

We will use appropriate care and expertise in providing money transmission facilities to you, but You should bear in mind that your payments do not carry the advantage of any interest and that our service does not have the benefit of any government-backed insurance, assurance or Compensation scheme (for example, no compensation is available from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme if we are unable to meet our liabilities).
